After much searching, I found this gadget and it is perfect for handling opinions, questions, posts!
Using the module is extremely logical and simple. I would recommend: I would add a feedback page where all the reviews about the store can be displayed. :-)

This is an absolute must-have in your Prestashop. The liberty you get with this module is fully worth its price. I think it's essential for any e-commerce to be able to display the products that you want in the home page. With this module, you absolutely can. Great product, and very satisfied
