Fantastic module and fantastic support

Fantastic module and fantastic support. Is not my first paid ticket system module so I definitely change my customer support system to this module. It is cool to have chat and ticket support in the same module, 1 module for all support for customers, and with a lot of cool features, dashboard... Simply brilliant!
