Why is the Loyalty Program Reward Notification Not Showing on the Product Page?

If the Loyalty Program reward notification is not displaying on your product page, there might be issues with the module configuration or customer eligibility. This guide will help you troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

Check Loyalty Reward Calculation Settings

Step 1: Log in to your PrestaShop admin panel. Navigate to the module configuration page.

Step 2: Open the "Loyalty program" configuration. Click on the "Reward settings" tab.

Step 3: In the section "How to calculate loyalty reward when a customer purchases this product?" at the top of the page, ensure you select a calculation method based on the product:

  • Fixed amount per loyalty product
  • Percentage of loyalty product price

 

Note: If you choose to calculate the reward based on the shopping cart value with the following options, the module will not display the Loyalty program reward notification on the product page:

  • Fixed amount per shopping cart (Exclude shipping)
  • Percentage of shopping cart value (Exclude shipping)

 

Ensure Customer Meets Loyalty Program Conditions

  • Verify the conditions set for customers to participate in the Loyalty Program.
  • Pay attention to the following conditions: Minimum amount spent to join the loyalty program, and Minimum cart total to get a loyalty reward.
  • If these sections are filled in, the user must meet the conditions to enjoy the reward.

 

By following these steps, you can ensure the proper configuration of your Loyalty Program and verify customer eligibility to display the reward notification on the product page.
