How to Extend Product Support on Prestahero
In this article, we will guide you on how to extend support for the product you purchased.
1. Understanding PrestaHero's Support Service
Free Technical Support for One Year: after purchase, you will receive free technical support for one year. This includes help with fixing bugs, adjusting compatibility, making small style changes, and minor customizations. Please note that we don't customize new features upon your request.
- After the expiration: You will continue to receive basic support, which includes answers to questions and usage instructions. However, if you require technical support, you must extend your support plan.
2. Repurchase & Renew support time (Extend support)
Check Your Support Status
To check the support status of products, go to “My Account” → “Download & license”
When accessing the ticket list, if any of your products are nearing or have reached the end of their support period, you will receive notifications as shown below.
When the support status indicates “Expired”, it means that the support period has ended, and you need to renew it to continue receiving technical support.
- How to Extend Support
From the “Download & licenses” page, click on the “Repurchase & renew support time” button of the product you wish to extend support for. A popup window will appear allowing you to extend support. Click on the "Add to cart" button and proceed with the payment as usual.
Note:
When renewing support, the renewal price is 30% of the product price if you renew before expiration, and 60% of the product price if you renew after expiration. Therefore, it is advisable to renew before the expiration date.

After successfully renewing your support period, please contact the support team to receive technical assistance.
