I had some initial issues, but with the help of the PrestaHero team, always ready and available to answer various questions, I was finally able to understand exactly how the module works.

I'm still studying it to find the correct configuration, it's very intuitive and the performance has improved significantly.

An essential tool to better understand your customers!

I use this application to track and analyze the behavior of my customers on my site, and I must say that it does an excellent job. It provides valuable insights on the pages visited, the products viewed and the actions taken, which helps enormously to optimize the user experience and boost sales.

Very good

Very complete module. A very responsive technical team to correct the adaptations to the theme of the store. It is a real positive point to work with PrestaHero.
However, I recommend that you install it and configure it completely on a test site before going into production. For me, deactivation or even uninstallation did not allow me to find my old menu when going into production. It is therefore risky and good to know.

Very good module despite some issues.

This is an excellent module once functional and the French language inconsistencies corrected.
In the last version I encountered a bug following the installation with a nice error from prestashop after a customer created his account following the sponsorship, at the moment when the page with the popup for a discount code is supposed to appear,
According to ChatGPT, include file='hook/svg_icon.tpl was missing in popup_voucher_ref.tpl.
The ets_affiliatemarketing.php file has also been modified to include the assignment of the _svg_scissors variable before rendering the popup_voucher_ref.tpl template. The proposed correction solved the problem. :-)
If the team would like me to send them the module with its correction, as well as the adjusted French translation, I would be happy to contribute.
Please note that there was probably an oversight, but the sponsor's URL sharing buttons in the sponsorship program on the 1st tab remain displayed in English with "Share on Facebook" and "Share on X".

I published all this in complete transparency, but quite frankly, ETS/PrestaHero produces by far the best modules I have seen, their ergonomics and the level of finish, ergonomics is incomparable with the competition. Yes it is more expensive, but we know why we pay, and updates are provided for life, not 6 months, not a year. FOR LIFE!
They are even better and more complete than official paid PrestaShop modules, that's saying something!

Ps: there is only one feature missing, the possibility that a sponsor/affiliate can level up in order to be able to reward him more and motivate him.
