A good plugin

A good plugin, especially because, unlike other short plugins, it doesn't alter other modules to add the fee. It can add a fee on any payment type, or even create new payment methods (an added bonus).

First has issues with getting the module to work with our theme, but we got great support and now have it working. Fully recommended.
