A solid and well-designed module, technically mature and perfectly integrable into a PrestaShop ecosystem. It offers structured customer communication management through real-time chat and a centralized ticketing system, with a clear and scalable workflow.

Department-based management represents a concrete added value: request assignment is logically organized and allows efficient routing to the right person, improving SLA and response times. The architecture is well-structured and suitable even for medium to high workloads.

great migration tool for Prestashop and quick support

Migrationpro Ultimate is a fantastic tool to upgrade your old Prestashop version to a new 8.x or 9.x version. Easy to install and use and everything can be migrated. I had some troubles with the migration of stock which I couldn't fix. Support from Prestahero responded adequate and fixed my problems for me.
This tool saves a lot of time and the price/performance is very good!
