Technical support is excellent!

I have tested various review modules for PrestaShop. The ETS Trusted Reviews module is definitely the best. To date, the only way to get the customer to leave a review is by sending an email after the purchase, giving him a discount coupon as an incentive and this module allows it. It is also the only one that allows the customer to upload photos and videos of the product in a very simple way while the customer writes the review, which is really essential as today the first thing people go to see are the photos of other users in the reviews. ETS technical support is excellent, communication is simple and effective, and technical support masterfully customized the module to meet our needs. I highly recommend it and would buy it again without hesitation. For the price, it's really a bargain.

Good module

Good module, it makes customer service much easier, leaving messages well organized, in addition to chat, it has the option for the customer to use a ticket. Their service is great, if the module gives you any problem, you can worry about it and they will solve it.
