Searched for such a module for a long time. But I just found it close to home at my trusted module supplier PrestaHero. A truly sublime way to create any form you want. Partly because of the dependency issues. I highly recommend this module. A winner!

I've been using this super speed module for several months and it does exactly what it says in the description - it speeds up the display of the shop on all devices. The PrestaHero support team quickly responds to any problems that arise during store updates and resolves them.

Super after-sales service available and responsive. Good advice. Increased gtmetrix grade from F to C
