Managing your wholesale customer account is crucial for leveraging the benefits of being a wholesale customer. This guide will walk you through accessing your wholesale account and understanding the functionalities available to you.

Accessing your wholesale customer account

• Log in to your wholesale customer account.
• Click on "Your account" > "My wholesale customer account".

Overview of my wholesale customer account

The "My wholesale customer account" section is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of your wholesale activities and benefits. It includes several tabs that offer detailed information and functionalities to manage your account effectively.

Dashboard

• Provides an overview of your current wholesale level, order total, reward balance, earned rewards, and reward usage.
• Displays these metrics in charts with time filters for easy tracking and comparison.

Reward

• Contains detailed information about rewards received for each order, including columns for ID, reward, note (purchased products), price, quantity, status, and date.
• Includes filters to search rewards by ID, reward amount (min-max), product name, price (min-max), quantity (min-max), status, and date (from-to).

Withdraw

Lists available withdrawal methods for sending withdrawal requests to use rewards.

To withdraw:

• Click on the preferred withdrawal method.
• Enter the amount to withdraw in the "Amount to withdraw" field.
• Complete the additional information fields.
• Click the "Withdraw funds" button.
• Click "Ok" on the withdrawal confirmation message.

You'll receive a notification upon successful submission, and the request will be in "Pending" status until approved by the admin and meets other set conditions.

The "Your last withdrawal requests" section tracks all your withdrawal requests, allowing you to monitor their status.

Voucher

Convert rewards to vouchers in this tab:

• Enter the amount to convert.
• Click the "Convert now" button.
• Click "Ok" on the confirmation message.

Created voucher codes appear in the "Your voucher code" section with details such as code, description, quantity, value, minimum, cumulative, expiration date, and status.

Profile

• Contains personal information such as first name, last name, email, address, and introduction.
• Wholesale customers can update their personal information at any time.

Documentation

Includes essential documents provided by the admin, helping wholesale customers understand policies related to wholesale, discounts at each level, and more.
