Spectacular

We've been able to get out of the fog with this module. PrestaShop's integrated module sucks. We made a terrible purchase years ago with an alternative module (we won't mention the developer's name out of courtesy) that stopped working after a terrible update. With this module, you have everything you need to communicate with your customer: Questions and Answers, fantastic. Clear and simple reviews, with detailed tracking of everything that happens to the emails, including whether they've been sent and, more importantly, whether they've been READ. Easy template integration, importing old reviews (slightly difficult, but could be improved), convenient email customization—just perfect! Thank you.

This module has solved all the problems with international customers. Finally, the cart automatically collects the shipping rate based on the customer's IP address. If it doesn't, simply select the delivery country and everything works great! PrestaShop leaps 10 levels with this module and propels you into the future! Thank you, Prestahero Team!
