The module does its job well, but above all, the support is five stars; they have always responded and solved problems quickly.

The module is really useful for managing abandoned carts and has significantly improved the recovery rate. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent. Customer service responds promptly, and the technical support is very knowledgeable, quickly resolving any issues. I am extremely satisfied!

Very nice module

PrestaHero is my hero. The product works as expected and support is fast, pleasant and devoted. I can only recommend PrestaHero. We tried another plugin before (Globo All-in-one) which is cheaper but our shop crashed at plugin install and we had to restore our database. So we turned to PrestaHero, which was a bit more expensive, but we really got what we pay for !
