I wish I could find it earlier

Excellent module, less expensive and just as effective and simple to implement as more visible modules and more expensive. Code very well commented (in English). Plan to do the French translation in the BO of PS, and everything rolls. In addition, I had a small concern for 404 errors that were not even due to this module, and the developer has solved it in record time! Everything is perfect !!

More than my expectations!

Excellent module, I could migrate all my data without any problem from Prestashop 1.6 to Prestashop 1.7.4.2 and best of all is that the module allows you to force the IDs which maintains the same URLs of your previous store and not lose your SEO ranking, magically I kept all my content, I recommend 100% this module if you want to update to the latest version of Prestashop as it is currently not possible to make an official update from Prestashop 1.6 to Prestashop 1.7 (and a manual update is very complicated). I also recommend the author of the module as it answers all your questions and necessary support.

Super recommended

The form is the most complete that there is on the addons. It allows you to do many things such as integrating maps and selection lists, booking pages etc.etc. With this module you save a lot of money and many unnecessary modules. After the first initial problems on the compatibility of the module on the GDPR I have to say that the developer is very professional. When a professional is behind a form, nothing can go wrong. Careful and helpful as well as patient developer. Super recommended
