Efficient and Highly Professional Technical Support

I would like to thank the entire PrestaHero team for their efficiency, responsiveness, and professionalism.

I encountered a major issue with my Blog module on PrestaShop, which caused my articles to disappear from the website.

Even though I had not updated the module to the latest version, the team took the time to investigate my case and successfully resolved the issue without charging me any additional support fees.

Everything is now working perfectly, including the ability to add new articles.

It is truly reassuring to know that I can rely on such a dedicated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused support team. A very positive experience that deserves recognition.

I highly recommend PrestaHero for the quality of its modules and, above all, the professionalism and reliability of its after-sales support.

Thank you once again to the entire team!

MigrationPro Ultimate: Migration, Migrate & Upgrade

Excellent module, great support; a special thanks to their technical team, who resolved an issue during the site migration in a very short time.
I recommend it.

Simple and effective

The module is easy to configure and works very well. It makes handling returns, exchanges and cancellation requests much easier. The interface is clear and the features are practical. Very happy with it so far.

Excellent Module

Really pleased with this module, very easy to install and setup. I use mine for customer reviews, videos and sound clips.
Hightly recommended, tried a different companies module previously and had nothing but issues.
Installed this instead and had it displaying exactly as I wanted with 15 minutes.
