How to edit order data on the Order listing page
The order listing page provides a quick way to edit essential order details without opening each order individually.
Step 1: Navigate to the Orders section
- Log in to your PrestaShop Back Office.
- Go to Orders in the main menu.
Step 2: Open the Edit menu
- Locate the order you want to modify.
- Click the arrow button next to the order to open the drop-down menu.
- Select Edit.

How to edit order data on the Order details page

Step 1: Open the Order details page
- From the order listing page, find the order you want to edit.
- Click the View button next to it.
Step 2: Edit order details
Modify order status
- Use the dropdown menu to change the status (e.g., "Processing," "Shipped," "Canceled").
- Click Save to update the order.
Update shipping information
- Click Edit in the Shipping section.
- Modify the carrier, tracking number, or shipping cost.
- Click Save to confirm.
Edit payment information
- Add or modify payment details.
- Update payment method or transaction ID if needed.
Add or edit order notes
- Use the Order Notes section to add internal notes for your team.
- Click Save to keep the changes.
Modify customer addresses
- Edit the shipping or invoice address if needed.
- Click Save to update the customer’s order details.
Assign order to another customer
If necessary, you can reassign an order to a different customer.
Modify products in an order
- Click Edit next to a product.
