Great blog module with great support team

We bought this module last fall to replace the free Warehouse module we use it in our online store.

It is very complex, offers many functionalities you need to write a well-optimized SEO blog article that reaches the first positions in Google. At the same time it is also very intuitive, and can be used by a person who does not have a great experience.

I had the experience of WordPress articles so it was very easy for me to write articles in Prestashop. As a result, the first written article came to position 3 in Google after the keywords I targeted and even more: it also generated sales for the products associated with the article.

I declare myself very pleased with the purchase made and thank the support team that is a special one. All the problems that appeared have been solved in the shortest time, most often in a few hours. Although there is a difference of 7-hour time zone between my country and the country of the support team this is not an impediment. On the contrary, we got to work very well. When this is the case I post the ticket, at 3am the Eastern European time Prestahero support team starts the program and already in the morning I find a response to the ticket or it was already solved with the developer. In addition we have an interval of 4-5 hours in which both I and the support team are during the program and we solve the problems that arise.

I also have 9 more modules from Prestahero, which I am very pleased with and in all the modules I have an annual subscription for technical support that I extend every time. This month I will buy another 9-10 modules.

I recommend this blog module that comes as a bonus with a 10+ note support!!!
