Veru good checkout module with great support team
I purchased this module in 2021 when I decided to develop the new store in Prestashop 1.7 (the old store was in Prestashop 1.6) along with another 6 modules from Presthero. In the old store I had the native checkout system in Prestashop that was not at all userfriendly.
For the new store we wanted a simple checkout module to manage and at the same time elegant and simple to use by customers. The One Page Checkout module was the right choice and I will present in the following our experience with this module in the period of 18 months of use:
- The module is very intuitive and if you encounter difficulties in your configuration you have a 14 pages user guide that explains each function in detail
- It also integrates authentication with social accounts Facebook, Google and PayPal. In the administration interface there are links to the applications configuration guide in Google, Facebook or PayPal to obtain the necessary credentials to configure these authentication methods. It is a plus because the vast majority of customers have Google or Facebook accounts and the authentication in the store is done almost instantly using the credentials already saved in the browser.
- The module is compatible with many payment methods and most of the available shipping modules and if there are compatibility problems with a certain module the support team together with the developers solve this in the shortest time. I encountered this problem in integrating the delivery in the lockers (Easybox) through the Sameday courier company from Romania. The Sameday module is made by independent developers on github.com is not a commercial one and there is no special interest in the development of it from Sameday so I have encountered many problems. And not because of the One Page Checkout module from Prestahero but the Sameday module. The same problems were encountered by other users of the Sameday module that used other checkout modules (based on open tickets opened in github.com)
Thus, the first problem I encountered was that the users could not open the Popup window containing the lockers map to choose the locker where the parcel would be delivered. I opened a ticket and the developer quickly fixed this problem.
The second problem was that it was possible to send the order only with the selection as the delivery method Locker Sameday but without actually choosing the locker from the map. Thus I received orders where I could not generate the shipping document because the ID of the Locker was made was missing. We had to call the customers to ask them what Locker they would like their order to be delivered, to identify the ID of the Locker in the Sameday module database, the order ID and then through PHPMYADMIN to add a recording to the MySQL table of the module that connects the command ID with Locker ID. I was wasting long time. I opened a ticket and asked the developer to help me with this. Thus he made the code modification necessary for the choice of the Locker to be mandatory and the clients can no longer send orders without Locker ID.
- The CAPTCHA code, the comment box, the notification regarding the shipping fee can be enableed or disabled.
- The notification "I agree with the terms and conditions of use of the site" can be checked automatically.
- In the address section you can select or deselect the fields that you want to appear in the order form, you can activate the Google Auto-Fill function for the address that also saves valuable time for customers.
- There are advanced customization options for the color of all information on the control page (text color, background, border, buttons, etc.)
- You can create additional fields in the order form being available the types: text, texture, radio, checkbox, select, files, time data, data, number.
I declare myself very pleased with the purchase made and thank the support team that is a great one. All the problems that appeared have been solved in the shortest time, most often in a few hours. Although there is a difference of 7-hours time zone between my country and the country of the support team this is not an impediment. On the contrary, we got to work very well. When this is the case I post the ticket, at 3am the Eastern European time Prestahero support team starts the program and already in the morning I find a response to the ticket or it was already solved with the developer. In addition we have an interval of 4-5 hours in which both I and the support team are during the program and we solve the problems that arise.I also have 9 more modules from Prestahero, which I am very pleased with and in all the modules I have an annual subscription for technical support that I extend every time.This month I will buy another 9 modules.

A very good GDPR module that offers all you need and also a grea
I purchased this module in 2021 when I decided to develop the new store in Prestashop 1.7 (the old store was in Prestashop 1.6).
I studied before the free module in Prestashop but we were not satisfied so I bought this module along with 7 other modules from Prestahero. And I'm glad I did that.
This module is very intuitive, does not require a very long time for its customization and does the job very well.
What I like about him:
- the Popup window that contains the notification of the GDPR and the fact that when accessing the button Find out more is displayed a popup containing the cookie policy with 2 visible buttons Accept and Refuse. It look great both on desktop and mobile.
- the customization possibilities of the Popup window and all the buttons in the forms.
- the possibility of choosing the notification position
- the fact that customers can see very easily in their account the data stored on the site, can download them in PDF format, are notified by email when these data are modified and have a history of the changes made, they can see when someone connects to their account and can see the login history
-they can easily send a request to delete data I have the possibility to allow customers to delete their data or leave this to the site administrator.
During the use of the module we had some small problems, conflicts with other modules or at Prestashop update at a new version that were solved very quickly, in a few hours by the support team.

Great contact form module with best support team
I purchased this module in 2021 when I decided to develop the new store in Prestashop 1.7 (the old store was in Prestashop 1.6).
We wanted an intuitive module, which would not require code knowledge and be similar to drag & drop modules with which I was familiar with WordPress.
We decided to take this module and put it quickly. I made with him all the contact forms in the store (form contact form, form suggestions and complaints, product questions, reference form of suggestion produced to a friend, etc.). Its use is very easy. If you do not do, however, you have a use guide of 34 pages in the stairs, all the functionalities of the module are clearly explained.
During the use of the module, from August 2021 and so far we have not encountered special problems. The small errors that appeared were solved very quickly in a few hours by sending a ticket to the support team.

A very good module that comes also with great support
Last year our online store was transferred from a VAT paying company to another non-paying VAT company owned by us. Under these conditions I needed a module that would allow the mass editing of the products. I chose the Product Manager module and due to the positive experience I had with 7 other Prestahero modules previously purchased.
The module is accompanied by a 13-page use guide that explains in detail its functionalities.
With the help of this module to make the change I needed lasted only 2-3 minutes and has saved us for a long time. In the meantime, there have been many situations when we were of real use (eg blocking a transport method for certain products). Very rarely there have been small problems that were solved very quickly by the support team.

Great module with very good support
I needed a module to help me quickly edit the orders in my online store. Having positive experiences with other modules purchased from Prestahero we decided to purchase this module.
