How to Manage Customer Details in Your Marketing Program?

Effectively managing customer details is crucial for the success of your Loyalty, Referral & Affiliate Program. This guide will help you navigate the process of viewing customer details, manually adjusting rewards, and managing sponsored friends in your PrestaShop store.

Step 1: Access the customer details page

  • Log in to your PrestaShop admin panel.
  • Open the "Loyalty, referral and affiliate program" module's configuration page
  • Navigate to the "Customers > Users" page.
  • Click "View" to see the details of a specific customer.

 

Step 2: Manually adjust reward balances

  • On the customer detail page, find the "Modify user balance" area on the right side of the screen.
  • Select the action "Deduct" or "Add".
  • Enter the amount.
  • Choose the marketing program.
  • Enter the reason for the adjustment.
  • Click "Deduct" or "Add" to complete the action.

 

Step 3: Change reward status

  • Scroll down to the "Reward history" section.
  • Here you can view the detailed status of the customer's reward points.
  • Admins can easily approve, cancel, or delete reward points from this section.

 

Step 4: Manually add sponsored friends

  • Scroll down to the "Sponsored friends" section, where the sponsor's friends list is displayed.
  • Admins can manually add friends for the sponsor by following these steps:
    • Click "Add friend".
    • In the popup, search for the customer by ID, email, or name.
    • Click "add" next to the name/email of the customer.

 

By following these steps, you can effectively manage customer details, ensuring the smooth operation of your Loyalty, Referral & Affiliate Program.
