Answer: To show related products for Product A:

  • Go to the module configuration page and select the Product details page from the sidebar menu.
  • Enable the "You might also like" suggestion type.
  • In the back office, open the edit page for Product A.
  • Find the Related products field, search for and select the products related to Product A.
  • Save your changes.

 

3. Why does it take time to load product blocks on the page?

Answer: When the module is first enabled on a page, it needs to load product suggestions to the hook, which may slow down the page's first load. After the first load, subsequent page visits will load much faster.

 

4. I changed the settings/products, but the updates don’t appear on the front office.

Answer: If updates are not showing, try clearing your website cache after making changes to the module or your product catalog.

 

5. How do I add product suggestion blocks to the shopping cart page?

Answer: To add product suggestions to the shopping cart:

  • Go to the module configuration page.
  • Select the Shopping cart option from the sidebar menu.
  • Configure the settings to enable product suggestions in the cart popup when customers add products to their cart.
