The plugin is awesome. It works just as easy as it looks. The are a lots of customisation in the plugin what makes so easy to achieve the final result you look for. I asked for some help several times with an issue with my template and the Mega Menu PRO team get it resolved in no time with perfect customisation. I'm so grateful for the help received. The best module for interacting with customers. It has everything: pop-ups, emails for abandoned carts, reminders in the top header bar. It makes customers interact with our store in a special way. We have recovered many customers and carts thanks to this module, thus increasing our profits. As for the technical support service, it has been very kind and has efficiently resolved some problems we had. Highly recommended.
