How to register on the Front office

To become a wholesale customer, follow these steps to register on the front end of the store:

  • First, register for an account or log in if you already have one.
  • Navigate to your account dashboard.
  • Find and click the "Submit application" button.
  • Complete the application form with the required information.
  • After filling in the form, click the "Submit" button.

Once you submit your application, you will receive a notification confirming that your submission was successful.

 

Admin approval process

After a customer submits their application, the admin needs to approve it from the back office.

Application page overview: The application page includes the following columns: ID, Customer Name, Customer Email, Registration Date, Status, and Action.

How to approve applications:

  • Open module configuration page: Go to the module configuration page in the back office.
  • Navigate to "Application" to open the application list
  • Approve applications: In the "Action" column for each customer with a "Pending" status, click the down arrow to open the dropdown menu and select "Approve". You can also decline, edit, or delete customer applications if needed.

After the admin approves a customer’s application, that customer will become a wholesale customer and can enjoy the benefits of bulk purchasing.

 

Registering as a wholesale customer is a straightforward process that brings significant purchasing advantages. By submitting an application and getting approved by the admin, the process ensures that only potential wholesale customers are filtered and approved. On the other hand, customers gain access to exclusive wholesale prices and bulk purchasing options, enhancing their buying power and business efficiency.
