How to register on the Front office
To become a wholesale customer, follow these steps to register on the front end of the store:
- First, register for an account or log in if you already have one.
- Navigate to your account dashboard.
- Find and click the "Submit application" button.
- Complete the application form with the required information.
- After filling in the form, click the "Submit" button.
Once you submit your application, you will receive a notification confirming that your submission was successful.
Admin approval process
After a customer submits their application, the admin needs to approve it from the back office.
Application page overview: The application page includes the following columns: ID, Customer Name, Customer Email, Registration Date, Status, and Action.
How to approve applications:
- Open module configuration page: Go to the module configuration page in the back office.
- Navigate to "Application" to open the application list
- Approve applications: In the "Action" column for each customer with a "Pending" status, click the down arrow to open the dropdown menu and select "Approve". You can also decline, edit, or delete customer applications if needed.
After the admin approves a customer’s application, that customer will become a wholesale customer and can enjoy the benefits of bulk purchasing.
Registering as a wholesale customer is a straightforward process that brings significant purchasing advantages. By submitting an application and getting approved by the admin, the process ensures that only potential wholesale customers are filtered and approved.
