1. Can I limit the size of images/videos in customer reviews or questions?
Yes, the upload size for images and videos is limited to 8 MB (8 megabytes). However, you can set the maximum allowed size for uploaded files and images on your site by following these steps:
- On the PrestaShop admin panel, go to Configure > Advanced Parameters > Administration.
- Find the Upload quota section.
- Fill in the fields in this section to set the maximum size for attached files/images according to your needs.

2. How can I translate the "choose file" button?

- Find the “Maximum number of reviews per user”, “Maximum number of ratings per user” options and enter the maximum number of reviews you allow a customer to submit on your site.
- Click Save.

- This setting means that each customer can submit up to 3 reviews of one product.
4. I want to translate the reviews that my reviewers wrote into a different language. How can I do that?
You can translate customer reviews into other languages, but you will need to translate each review individually. Here’s how:

- Select the review you want to translate and click the arrow at the end of the row, then choose Edit.
- Select the language you want to translate to in the Title and Review Content fields.
- Enter the translated text.
- Click Save.

To display your product reviews on Google Merchant, follow these steps:
- Ensure you have a Google Merchant Center account linked to your business website. Sign up for Product Ratings.
- Submit your product reviews through the Merchant Center.
- Create a product reviews feed in XML or TSV format as per Google’s guidelines.
- Submit your review data: If you don't know how to submit your review data, please follow Google's instructions on How to submit product review data.
- Ensure your reviews meet Google's policies, being genuine and from verified purchasers.
