How Customers Manage Their Reviews & Q&As
Understanding how customers manage their reviews and questions can provide valuable insights for admins. The Product Reviews module allows customers to handle their feedback efficiently through their accounts. This guide will show you how customers can submit new reviews, track their questions, and engage with their feedback. Accessing review management
To manage their reviews and questions, customers need to:
- Log in to their account.
- Click on "My Account > My Reviews"
Review management interface
The review management interface consists of four tabs: Waiting for review, My reviews, My questions, and Activities.
Waiting for review
This tab displays all products eligible for review that the customer has not yet reviewed. It includes the following information:
- Order ID: Identifies the order containing the product.
- Product image: A thumbnail of the product.
- Product: The name of the product.
- Order status: Current status of the order.
- Purchased date: Date when the product was purchased.
- Action: Customers can click the "Write your review" button to submit a review.
My reviews
This tab shows a list of all reviews the customer has written. It includes:
- ID: Unique identifier for the review.
- Title: Title of the review.
- Review content: The content of the review.
- Rating: The rating given to the product.
- Like/Dislike: The number of likes or dislikes the review has received.
- Product: The name of the reviewed product.
- Review status: Status of the review (approved, pending, etc.).
- Time of publication: When the review was posted.
- Action: Customers can view details of each review and post comments.
My questions
This tab lists all the questions the customer has posted on the website. It includes:
- ID: Unique identifier for the question.
- Title: Title of the question.
- Question content: The content of the question.
- Like/Dislike: The number of likes or dislikes the question has received.
- Product: The name of the product the question is about.
- Status: Status of the question (approved, pending, etc.).
- Time of publication: When the question was posted.
- Action: Customers can view the details of each question and post comments.
Activities
This tab archives all activities related to reviews, questions, and comments that a customer has performed on your site. It serves as a log of their interactions, providing a comprehensive history of their engagement.
