Getting Ready 4 - Setting Up Pre-Made Messages
Pre-made messages in the "Live Chat, Contact Form & Ticket System" module are predefined responses that can be quickly sent to customers during a chat. These messages help support staff respond efficiently to common inquiries, saving time and ensuring consistent communication.

Pre-made messages are valuable for several reasons:

How to set up Pre-made messages
Follow these steps to configure pre-made messages in your PrestaShop module:
Step 1: Access Pre-made message settings
- Go to the module configuration page.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Select the Live chat sub-tab.
- From the sidebar, choose the Pre-made message menu.
Step 2: Enable the Enable pre-made message option.
Step 3: Add Pre-made messages
- Click the Add auto message icon.
- Enter a shortcode. When you enter this shortcode in the chat box, the suggested message content will appear.
- Type the content of the pre-made message.
- Click Save to store the message.
